What is HuGO?
HuGO is our answer to a very often encountered question: ‘How do I know what my employees are doing?’ This may sound pretty familiar to you – How often have you asked yourself which employee deserves a promotion or if they have done something bad with the company car for instance?
The application is a dedicated software for the human resource and management departments. The system collects information related to the employees and can be used to deal with the company assets management. All this info will exist on your employees' profiles on HuGO, offering you a good view on all the essential aspects of their activity in the company.

Powerful Interface
HuGO doesn't stray from the main idea in which we have designed the rest of our applications - it is easy to understand and use, so that you won't feel frustrated because you won't know which button does what.
Great Functionality
You can attach documents and any kind of files such as scanned pictures, doc, xls and others. HuGO also offers insights on company events tracking or the company training sessions, linking you directly to the employees files. You will also have info on the holidays and assets management.
HuGo manages the assets in a company in a rather different way compared to accounting systems, as it creates a direct link and a history within the employees files while recording additional information required for a better perspective.
Strong Security
Having in mind that HuGO will most probably have to manage vast quantities of important information, we have taken special care of the security features.
It is built as a multi user network application, already prepared for being implemented into offices having VPN, or over the internet using a strong encryption. You can even set data keys for more data protection, if you choose so.
Perfect Integration
HuGO is developed in modules and it can be integrated with a large number of existing products, such as our own NetReports, which allows you to print out reports based on your employees' profile information for example.
Your HR department can even use it as a document management system, by storing each employee's documents into their personal profiles.

Easy Administration
Through the Administration module found in HuGO, you will be able to grant access rights, or create users and user groups. The module is available and can be used only for the administrator, so the security of your data will never be an issue.
